Kulchetan Sanga, President

Kulchetan joined Three Ships as President of the UK division in April of 2022. Before 3S, Kulchetan served as Managing Director of Savings at Future plc which included leadership of one of the UKs largest and most trusted online price comparison sites, He arrived at Future after his time at GoCo Group, where he was Chief Commercial Officer of the Autosave division. Kulchetan’s experience as a business builder and team leader is unmatched.

Ed Hutchinson, Vice President

Ed joined Three Ships as Vice President of our natural health team in February 2018, and rejoined as Vice President of Business Development in June 2021. Before 3S, Ed was Sales & Marketing Director at Future, where he led business development and marketing for Future’s content marketing agency. He also served as Sales Director for Guardian News & Media where he led the branded content and sponsorship sales teams at Guardian Labs.

Ben Walker, Head of SEO

Ben is responsible for overseeing and rolling out key SEO strategy for Three Ships UK’s portfolio of websites. Prior to joining Three Ships, he was Global SEO Manager at Adidas where he managed the launch of 21 new international domains and oversaw technical and on-site SEO growth initiatives.


Andrew Fraser, Head of Product/CRO

Andrew oversees customer experience and onsite conversion for Three Ships UK’s portfolio of websites, ensuring optimal site performance and conversion rate optimization. Conduct full-funnel site performance and competitive analysis. Prior to joining Three Ships, he was Digital Marketing Manager and CRO Consultant for Convertize, an A/B testing software company and social proof application.

Molly Dyson, Senior Editor

Molly leads our content team and oversees the production of publication-ready content that is optimized for consumers and meets our team’s editorial goals. She collaborates with our content strategists to help plan and develop content for our target audience across multiple topic areas. Prior to joining Three Ships, she was Digital Editor at The Maverick Guide and Business Travel News Europe.

Helena Ivancic, Head of People

Helena is responsible for supporting onboarding, hiring and benefit management, as well as providing logistical and administrative support to the London office. Prior to joining Three Ships, she served as Office Manager for RPS UK (a Tetra Tech company), Webb Yates Engineers, and PRF Building Contractors.
